They will also work with you on any issues with artwork size and format.

Can I approve a proof?

Yes, we will send you the proof to be approved before production begins.

Can I order samples?

In many cases, yes. You will pay for the product including shipping.

Is there sales tax?

Yes. However, if you are ordering for an organization that is exempt from sales tax, please provide us with proof.

Can you help me find the perfect gift set?

Can I order a different quantity than shown?

Can I get a quote?

If you select the items you would like on our website, an instant quote will be provided. Otherwise, contact us via email or telephone for a quote.

Can I email an order?

Yes, send us an email at info@hartmanroad.com specifying what you would like to order. You can also attach any artwork to the email.

Do you offer rush service?

Can I have a proof of my personalized imprint?

Of course, just ask and we will email a proof free of charge.

What exactly is a virtual proof?

A virtual proof is a digital preview of your artwork on the product, This will let you see what the product will look like once it is produced.

Do you keep a copy of my art?

Yes. We keep it on file for two years to make future orders easier. If you do not want us to store the image, just let us know.

Can I have more than one color in my imprint?

What is a personalized product?

It is an item (or items) than can be imprinted with your contact information, logo, or personal message

What is a set-up charge?

We try very hard to limit these, but setting up your artwork takes a lot of time and effort. It covers the cost of setting up the artwork with whatever machine that is imprinting your design. However, there is NEVER a repeat setup charge for the same gift and design.

What type of file formats can I send with artwork?

For the best results, we recommend high-resolution files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS (.eps), or PDF (.pdf) formats. JPG (.jpg) and PNG (.png) formats are also acceptable. They should be a minimum of 1Mbyte in size.

How should I send the artwork?

Attach your artwork to your order using the upload option or send it in an email along at a later time with your order number.

What payments do you accept?
