We try very hard to limit these, but setting up your artwork takes a lot of time and effort. It covers the cost of setting up the artwork with whatever machine that is imprinting your design. However, there is NEVER a repeat setup charge for the same gift and design.
For the best results, we recommend high-resolution files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS (.eps), or PDF (.pdf) formats. JPG (.jpg) and PNG (.png) formats are also acceptable. They should be a minimum of 1Mbyte in size.
