When will my order arrive?

When your order is approved, we will give you a date that you can expect your shipment by. The shipping time may vary based on what products and customization you have ordered.

Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?

Rush orders are available with some products. It is usually listed on the product page. If you have questions about a specific gift set, reach out to us at info@hartmanroad.com or 616-828-4493 on weekdays between 9 AM and 6 PM EST.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your shipment has been sent.

Can you ship to a PO Box or APO?

Currently, we can only ship to street addresses.

How long does it take an order to arrive once it has been shipped?

Shipments generally arrive in 1-5 business days. You will be given a more precise estimate once your items have been shipped.

What about production time?

Production time is in addition to shipping time. Production times are generally listed with each product on our website. You can contact us if you have any questions.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from several manufacturing facilities in the US as well as from our office in Michigan.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a notification, along with your tracking number, as soon as your items have shipped.

How do you ship products?

All orders are shipped via insured, standard delivery unless otherwise specified. The carriers may vary depending on who can ship the fastest to your location at that time.

Can I split my order or ship to more than one location?

Yes. Contact us at info@hartmanroad.com or 616-828-4493 on weekdays between 9 AM and 6 PM EST. Give us your request, and we will let you know the approximate shipping costs and times.

RETURNS

Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?

Once your items have been decorated with your customized art, we cannot offer a refund or cancel the order.

What is your return policy on non-personalized or non-customized items?

It depends on the product. You may qualify for non-personalized and non-customized orders, we can accept unused items for returns and complete refunds. These products can be returned for a 20 percent restocking fee within 30 days of receiving the order. Contact us to begin the process and schedule shipment.

What is your return policy on personalized or customized items?

Once your items have been decorated with your design we cannot offer a refund or cancel the order unless it has been damaged or lost in shipping.

How long do I have to return items?

You have 30 days to return any items.

Will I receive a refund for returned items?

If the items fit the policies above, you can expect to receive credit or a refund after the order is returned.

Will I have to pay for shipping?

If the items arrived at your location damaged, then no. If returning the items for other reasons, then yes. If you have any questions or a situation not covered by the above answers, you can contact us to discuss it.
